Step 1
Once you pick out your quilt size and order (we show you recommended number of shirts, packing slip will have exact amount of graphic and/or blank sides required), you will be emailed a link to make any changes to the order or add any upgrades- like embroidery or photo panels.
Step 2
You will get a link to buy a shipping label that pays for shipping both ways. It also helps us track the thousands of orders that arrive each week at a factory. We have perfected the quilt-making process! You will also see on the packing slip the exact amount of graphic and/or blank sides needed.
Step 3
You can drop off your shirts at a post office, or schedule a pick-up. And then you will get an email when the shirts arrive at the factory in NC. Look for an email when it ships too!

This is the second T- Shirt quilt I had made. The first one was a memorial quilt for my late husband. It turned out beautiful so my current husband wanted one made of his t- shirts that were too big for him just taking up space in a box in the garage. There are not enough adjectives to tell you have fabulous his quilt turned out. He loves it. You can really tell the attention to detail that was put into his quilt. His shirts were 2xl so the designs were a little larger. I opted for the larger panels to accommodate the designs. All I can say is I will be recommending Project Repat to all my family, friends and associates. To a job well done- THANK YOU!
i LOVE my new blanket! It’s huge enough that I can’t even hold the entire thing up for a photo which makes it perfect for bundling up in bed. And my cat loves how soft it is too lol.
I have purchased 4 t-shirt quilts as gifts so far for each of my kids with their elementary and middle school sports t- shirts and 1 recently for my mom when my dad passed away with all of my dad's favorite t-shirts. I'm finally purchasing one for myself with some of my husband and my college t-shirts! I love repurposing memories into a cozy blanket that we will have for many years to come. I asked to place two tshirts on the top center. I even drew a picture. One was my two dogs that have passed away and the other tshirt had my late husband's birthday and the day he passed away. When I received the blanket yesterday, they were separated and was placed on the low right and bottom of the blanket.

I got my quilt today. It came faster than the turn around time I was told, and it looks well made. I can’t wait to use it. However, I am upset over one square. They cut off three players names from the 2011 championship team, and cut off the bottom part of the star players name on the shirt. I’m upset because the person cutting the square should have known to keep all the players names. I would have rather had the 2011 Finals part cut because it was on other panels. It seems like common sense to keep the team players names on the square. I want to remember all the players on the team. I ordered xl panels, so I thought it would have kept all the writing. Now I wish I’d kept that shirt to wear. It makes me sad that I don’t have all the players names now. Anyways, thank you for the quilt. I will enjoy using it.
When I received the blanket, I couldn't wait to see it. I opened it up and it was flawless. Stitching was amazing, very warm and perfect!! I did cut a shirt and couldn't event notice the tear. I will purchase more!

Amazing. My husband passed away unexpectedly and this was a great way to hinor him. Now his shirts wont be stuck in a box somewhere. Only issue they dont tell you is you pay for the quilt. Then you get the shirts ready and pay another fee to ship the shirts you prepared and have the finished quilt shipped back. Its already pricey over $100 then a surpaie extea charge to avtually send the shirts. It should all be incuded with the inital cost. But product is definitely amazing.

Ordered two XL custom designed queen blankets and they were not custom at all. The size was only 12x12 panels and on one blanket they missed a whole panel and left it blank saying there was no T-shirt for it. I know I sent the correct t-shirts for both blankets and even had a picture of the designs. Horrible customer service, only online communication even though the website puts a phone number to call. Told me they don’t email people unless there are more than 5 shirts missing. They just make the blankets with blank spots on them and they look horrible. Never again will I recommend or order blankets from this company.
These quilts are one of a kind. My daughter will love it for her birthday! This is my 2nd quilt and will continue to order in the future! Very happy customer!

It was even better than I ever expected. I was nervous sending my mom’s shirts, since they were all I had left. But you did a beautiful job turning them into a soft and cozy blanket.
I have had Repat make several quilts and they are all wonderful. I know how to sew and could actually make them myself, but the price is amazing and the work is high quality (better than I could do)! I also love it that they place the t-shirt squares where they think they will look best. Less decisions for me! Love it!!!
