I’m disappointed. I had a bunch of baby shirts that I wanted to make into a quilt. I contacted the Support team saying that I want to purchase a large size quilt and would shirts up to 2T size work for this. They confirmed that it would work for the quilt as long as I don’t send anything in that’s 6mo size or less. So I bought the quilt, spent about $100 with whatever discount they were offering, and they in-turn sent me back a baby blanket. I contacted customer support and they said that I signed a paper that reserves the right for them to make any adjustments necessary to make the quilt work. A baby quilt is as expensive as a large size quilt (10x10), which is crazy. So they just changed it completely, and made a quilt that barely fits my toddler instead of a large size one, even though they originally confirmed that a large would work, AND we have the conversation to prove it. It’s a cool quilt, but it’s tiny and absolutely not what I ordered or was told I’d get.
Blanket received beautiful. A shipment was lost for another blanket and company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - no phone to talk to a real person. All e mail responses are bots. Very frustrating and they are refusing to refund money paid for second blanket because it’s been 60 days. We have been working with post office to find my box. Very unhappy I couldn’t talk to a live person.
The process was easy to complete and I’m very happy with final product.
Excellent memory gift
I lost my fiancée 2 1/2 years ago. I saved his favorite shirts he loved to wear. Instead of them being stored in a box, Thank you to project Repat for the huge smile on my face.

The quilt is beautiful. It brings me comfort when I use it and gives me peace when I think of my husband since losing him.
This is my second Project Repat quilt! I am very happy with the quality of the workmanship regarding stitching and backing material. I do wish the colors had been spaced out so both yellows weren’t in the same row and same with the pinks and light blues. It seems like this would have been easy to do. Overall I am happy with how it turned out, especially as they worked in a couple sections that weren’t quite the dimensions needed. Next time I will likely pay the extra amount and let them know exactly where I’d like each panel placed.
The quilt turned out nice. I just didn't like the hidden fees after I made the initial purchase. I had to pay for the shipping lable which was $50. Then I had to pay an additional $23.99 to have it arranged in a certain order. And after all that I received and email to tip the staff.. Even though I love the quilt I wasn't feeling particularly generous after having to pay an additional $75 on top of the initial purchase. I would recommend being a bit more up front with your pricing. I have recommended Project Repeat to several friends but made sure they are aware of the extra fees.
I have ordered 5 quilts so far. I love them all, but very disappointed you went to shipping charges after someone orders their blanket. It adds an additional charge that people don't know about until it's too late.
So so happy to repurpose my children’s baby blankets. Will definitely use for my other two children’s baby blankets

Out of two additional companies, ProjectRepat was by far my personal *least* favorite in the preparation process. They do require the most work and are the most rigorous (particular) with their instructions. I found the attitude tone to be a bit cocky in a "Don't tell us what to do, We don't want your input, Leave us alone" type of way. Buying the shipping labels is no problem, but I found it offensive and near insulting as a customer that the shipping to/ from label was handled on a completely separate transaction. It should have absolutely been a part of the total purchase cost instead of treated as an a la carte item mentioned *only after* the initial blanket purchase. At the very least, this aspect should have been explained more clearly and upfront. I also found it upsetting that USPS is the only option accepted (no FedEx, no UPS). Speaking with customer service was literally talking to a robot for the first few times. I would have liked either a human email response from the very start and/or a number to physically call; however, that is completely a company preference, most likely based on the number of communications they receive daily. The robot wasn't able to understand my situation (accidental duplicated order) as it should have easily. A human did eventually get my ticket and made the adjustments immediately - thank you to them. I still don't appreciate the company request of 50 words or less, i.e. "Don't talk to/ bother us, We don't want to hear your story," etc. I appreciate the timeline provided for the blanket's creation, but I could have used a few more details. Out of the three companies I used, PR was the fastest (technically the most simple, but still)! The blanket came back beautifully - thinner than expected, but that's on me. I would have put a few squares in a few different places, but that is artistic choice. They still did a great job; it looks lovely. I had an obscure piece/ shirt that I didn't know how to handle, and they came up with a very cute solution! The only thing I'm genuinely upset by is a note instruction I had made about which side of a fabric to use for one square (fuzzy interior rather than exterior - I even folded the 'side' this way and pinned my note to make it obvious and clear). Other than that instruction being completely ignored (especially since the company does not like any commentary from the consumer), I can't complain about the physical blanket itself. There was another square I was hoping would look slightly different (hoped they would preserve the pronounced seeming), but it is what it is, and it's fine. There may be some technical reason for it. Some square lines are straighter than others and don't align perfectly (for the OCD); I'm sure working with different fabrics is very difficult. I feel bad for anyone who would need to return their blanket for further editing and adjustments as it doesn't seem the company offers that in the slightest. Overall, it is still a beautifully crafted blanket, and I'm very grateful for the work that has been done. A bit irritating at first, one major request disregarded, unpersobable company brand and service, but a great product none the less. If you want ownership and personalization of the creation process, this company is not for you. If you are okay cutting your own 'sides' and want the company to handle the rest, welcome to PR. ;)

It came within a few weeks, did 2, I worked at Build a Bear Workshop and could not dispose of my tee shirts because it was a company and my husband passed away two years ago, so did this for my two grandkids
